Since February 2025, The Braybrooke Beer Taproom has been a destination, not only for those with an appreciation for beer, but for families, walkers, cyclists and even the odd line-dancing enthusiast! Set in the countryside just outside Harborough, The Taproom offers delicious food, and the chance to experience their lagers right where they are brewed.
Having put itself firmly in the top tier of places to visit in Harborough, The Taproom is now set to host its first ever Lager Festival. As the Braybrooke Beer Co solely brews lager and specialises in that category, they knew that hosting a festival dedicated to this fantastic category of beer was a great way to show their apprecaition. On Saturday 16th May, between 12pm and 10pm, the festival promises to be a celebration. Six Braybrooke lagers will be poured, alongside ten exceptional guest lagers from breweries who share Braybrooke Beer’s respect for the style. Brewed according to traditional German principles, the Braybrooke Beer Co use heritage malts from Bamberg, noble hops from Tettnang and a multi-stage mashing process rarely seen in modern brewing. As well as giving guests the chance to sample some very special lagers, the festival will also feature live music and street food small plates from the Taproom’s Airstream kitchen. Entry tickets are £12.50 and include an exclusive Braybrooke tasting glass. Tastings will operate on a token system, with 1/3 and 2/3 pint pours available. Tickets are available exclusively via the Braybrooke website: braybrookebeer.co |
